We are recruiting for a CyberSecurity Operations Engineer role for an industry-leading cybersecurity company based in London, with the opportunity to work remotely. The company has experienced rapid growth in 2023 and 2024 and is offering opportunities for cybersecurity professionals within a dynamic Ops team delivering excellent service to clients and a clear path for progression.Location

London — approx 2 days a week on client sites / 3 days remote.Requirements for Operations Engineer - CyberSecurity

Ideally at least one year of commercial experience in a client-facing role with a cybersecurity focus (e.g., Consultant, Technical Support, Service Delivery, Operations Engineer).A strong academic history: a 2:1 or 1st class degree in Computer Science or CyberSecurity (or a closely related subject) from a highly-ranked university.Achieved at least AAB at A Level or equivalent UCAS points.Strong knowledge of cybersecurity concepts.Excellent communication skills; ability to interact with internal colleagues and external clients.Interest in working for a dynamic start-up and gaining a breadth of skills.Hardworking, self-starter attitude; suitable for a remote and fast-paced environment.Problem-solving mindset and a passion for technology.Solid understanding of security networking, Microsoft Windows OS, and Active Directory.Any experience in SOC or pen testing is beneficial.Responsibilities

Within Service Delivery in the Operations Team you will cover three main areas and split time accordingly:Manage client relationshipsWork on security roadmaps for clientsPost-sales technical support and troubleshooting of issuesIT administration and system administrationOpportunity to work on pen-testing and SOC-focused projects for those with experienceWhat this offers
