We are currently supporting a leading law firm in their search for a Solicitor (Newly Qualified to 3 Years PQE) to join their dynamic and fast-paced team. Specialising in forfeiture claims, this role presents a unique opportunity for a motivated solicitor to handle claims related to unpaid ground rent, service charges, and assured shorthold tenancies (AST). You will work alongside property management companies, landlords, and other real estate professionals to manage all aspects of forfeiture claims through to enforcement.The RoleAs a Solicitor, you will manage a caseload of forfeiture claims, providing legal expertise and guidance to clients throughout the process. Your responsibilities will include drafting legal documents, attending court hearings, and liaising with various parties to ensure the smooth progression of cases.
