Duties and Responsibilities include: Leading front of house reception team of 4 to achieve manufacturing and company KPI including customer service objectives. Dealing with all customers in a professional, prompt and courteous manner, portraying a positive first impression of the service department. Booking in vehicles for work to be carried out. Informing customers of the progress of their vehicle. Finalising the invoice on completion of required work. Cross selling customer repairs and parts. Your background and skill: Keyloop/Drive experience an advantage. Ability to work independently in a busy, pressured environment is essential. Technical skills and experience are essential. Well-presented and hold excellent interpersonal organisational skills.
