SAP experience is essential.Key Responsibilities:Raise and process purchase orders accurately and efficientlyMaintain purchase order information within the MRP systemUpdate order acknowledgements and supplier delivery informationMonitor supplier deliveries and chase outstanding orders where requiredProvide regular updates to internal teams regarding supply status and delivery datesMaintain supply information and update internal tracking boardsMonitor customer order shortages and support resolution of supply issuesUpdate delivery schedules for incoming parts and materialsCommunicate supplier price changes to relevant departmentsRaise purchase requisitions and support the purchasing processWork closely with stores and other internal departments to support material availabilityProvide general administrative support to the purchasing functionSkills and Experience Required:Previous experience working as a Buyer, Purchasing Assistant, Procurement Administrator, or similar roleStrong ..... full job details .....
