IT Technician London, Full Time, Permanent Salary between £30,000 - £34,000 DOE Our well-established client is looking for a London based IT Technician to join their growing team on a Full Time, Permanent basis. You will deliver exceptional IT support by visiting and supporting customers in London and surrounding areas. THE ROLE As an IT Technician, your responsibilities will include: Act as the point of contact for customer escalations ensuring service delivery is in line with contractual requirements Provide first-class support engaging regularly with every customer Establish a register of all customers, support required, products supplied, future plans and development Engage with customers to provide more supportable products Manage day-to-day interactions with clients keeping them updated Adhere to Service Level Agreement targets Ensure all customers are up to date with relevant licenses and assets accordingly Travel in and around London as required THE CANDIDATE The ideal IT Technician will possess the following skills and attributes: Microsoft Windows Server and Desktop platforms in particular Server 2008 / 2012 / 2016 / 2019 / 2022 and Windows 10 / 11 Microsoft Active Directory including items such as 365 directory Sync Microsoft Office applications (2016, 2019, 365) Office 365 Administration (user creation, mail forwarding and the like) Connectivity and configuration thereof, including routers, firewalls, switches Appreciation of data backup principles and ..... full job details .....
