Customer Service Advisor (Nights)
We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join a busy and growing team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous customer service, contact centre, administration, helpdesk, or scheduling experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off Nights
Hours: 7:00pm - 7:00am
Key Responsibilities
- Handling inbound customer calls and emails.
- Responding to customer queries in a professional and timely manner.
- Logging and updating requests on internal systems.
- Scheduling and coordinating work activities, allocating jobs to engineers and operational teams.
- Monitoring job progress and ensuring works are completed within agreed timescales.
- Providing customers with updates and information.
- Liaising with internal teams to ensure queries are resolved efficiently.
- Maintaining accurate records and customer information.
- Delivering excellent customer service at all times.
