HR Business Partner
RATE FOR THIS ROLE IS NEGOTIABLEPositive Employment is currently recruiting for a HR Business Partner for our client for a highly prestigious organisation based in Berkshire.The successful post holder will act as the lead HR advisor on organisational change and transformation programmes, providing expert guidance and support to senior leaders, managers and stakeholders across this organisation.The successful candidate will play a key role in the design, development and delivery of change management initiatives, ensuring organisational objectives are achieved through effective workforce planning, employee engagement and people-focused solutions.They will work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders, including trade unions, to deliver business change projects in compliance with employment legislation, best practice and organisational policies.This role is a temporary contract with an initial contract length of 6 months with the possibility to extend. This role is hybrid working.Duties and Responsibilities but not limited to:Lead and support organisational change, transformation, restructuring and workforce planning initiatives across this organisation.Provide expert HR advice and guidance to senior managers and project teams on all aspects of organisational change and employee relations.Support the development and implementation of change management strategies, interventions and people plans that facilitate successful business transformation.Manage and advise ..... full job details .....
