Regional Sales Engineer Commercial VentilationLocation: East London - Fully RemoteSalary: Basic up to £60,000 (DOE)Bonus: Uncapped commissionBenefits: Company car or car allowance + full benefits package The OpportunityA well-established UK manufacturer of commercial ventilation systems is continuing to grow and is now seeking Regional Sales Engineer to strengthen its regional sales in East London.This is a field-based, consultative sales role focused on developing and managing relationships with mechanical consultants and MandE contractors, delivering bespoke, project-led ventilation solutions across sectors including education, healthcare, leisure and service environments. The RoleYou will take full ownership of your region, managing a balanced pipeline of existing accounts and new business opportunities, while delivering a high-quality customer journey from initial engagement through to order.Key responsibilities include: Developing and growing existing consultant and contractor accountsProspecting new business to increase regional market shareManaging the full sales cycle from specification to order placementDriving repeat business and long-term customer retentionMonitoring competitor activity and regional market trendsAchieving agreed sales KPIs, activity levels, and revenue targetsMaintaining accurate CRM data including pipelines, forecasts, and project values Customer and Technical Focus Deliver a customer-first, solutions-led approach at all stages of the sales ..... full job details .....
