Job Description:As we work to transform

and

optimize

Mars

, a new

program

has been mobilized by the Mars leadership team.

The program

is focused on the

design and

implementation of

SAP S/4H

ANA

in Mars across Segments

(

Petcare, Corporate, Snacking and Food)

.

Much more than a simple “Lift and Shift,” this program will undertake a major process simplification and harmonization scope as we digitally transform our business.

The program

will focus

primarily on eight mega process areas: Finance, Source to Pay (procurement and vendor mgmt.), Plan to Fulfill (manufacturing and distribution), Lead to Cash (order processing and payment), Governance, Engage to Consume (marketing), Idea to Market (RandD), and Recruit to Retire (HR).

requires a Technology an

d Transformation

Team for delivering the technical foundations and operational readiness of

the S/

4HANA

Transformation

What are we looking for?

Have profound knowledge of

testing

management processes and standardsExperience in

Testing

Lead role in

complex

transformation projects with emphasis on large scale SAP projectsExcellent understanding of S/4HANA product roadmap and knowledge of relevant delivery methods for SAP (waterfall, hybrid agile, agile)Be very well organized with experience in effectively setting deadlines,

delegating

and assigning responsibilities followed by monitoring, summarizing,

aligning

and communicating the

testing

plans status across various stakeholder groups ensuring clear ownership is

established

for all activitiesHave the ability and experience in defining comprehensive

testing

plans that outline the sequence of tasks, timelines, dependencies, and resource requirements securing technical integrations and business continuity. You need to have attention to detail and resilience in negotiating through the

cross-stream

requirements and alignment to build an executable and successful

testing

planWhat will be your key responsibilities?

Live and exemplify the Five Principles of Mars, Inc. within self and team.Digital Core Test Strategy:

Collaborate

and define

Test Strategy working with testing team member

s that will be used for all future Mars deployment.Test Management:

Manage the delivery of multiple deployments across Segments (Petcare, Corporate, Snacking and Food)

.

Provide Governance and Guidance to

Deployment team

s

to ensure the Digital Core Test Strategy is adopted and adhered to

during the implementation of S/4HANA

.

Provide management

and coordination across multiple

System Integrator and Business Integrator

to ensure delivery meets the expectations of Mars.Test Planning and Strategy:

Develop and implement comprehensive test plans for S

AP

projects, covering various testing phases like unit testing, system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and go-live validation

.

Manage

any conflicts in timelines with key stakeholders.Test Scope:

Review

test scope coverage meets test requirements.Test Execution and Management:

Review

the execution of test plans, manage test environments,

and ensure that tests are conducted effectively and efficiently.What can you expect from Mars?
