This role blends people management, technical leadership, and project management. Skills and ExperienceLeadership experience. In previous roles, youve supported a team of 510 individual contributors to operate at their highest potential.System Expertise: Youve architected, deployed, and monitored large-scale ML training and inference infrastructures - spanning from data-center cluster orchestration down to on-chip firmware - and can translate requirements across software, hardware, and firmware layers to ensure robust, high-performance accelerator operations in production.Strong technical proficiency. You have extensive experience in several of the following areas: quantisation techniques, low-latency inference, profiling compute pipelines, memory hierarchy, software-hardware interaction, and system programming.Communication skills. You have excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to clearly convey complex technical concepts and trade-offs across all levels of the organisation and to cross-functional stakeholders.A proven track record. You know how to focus on customer and business outcomes, delivering impactful products through close collaboration with partners.
