Our client is expanding their Manufacturing team and seeking a dedicated Workshop Labourer to support engineering and stores operations. Key Responsibilities Provide general labouring and cleaning support within the workshop Assist with Goods In/Out processes Operate forklift for yard control (training provided if required) Support the manufacturing team in delivering high-quality engineering projects Maintain high standards of health, safety, and cleanliness Help achieve production targets and uphold quality standards Ideal Candidate Some engineering experience would be beneficial MIG/TIG welding would be an advantage Experience in a workshop or manufacturing environment Awareness of health and safety and quality assurance procedures Forklift experience desirable (but not essential) Willingness to learn and contribute to a positive team culture Benefits Include; Competitive salary Above statutory holiday and pensions Career development reviews and training opportunities Life Assurance and Employee Assistance Programme Why Work Through Hales Group?
