You''ll play a critical role in driving operational and financial excellence, always looking for ways to improve processes, enhance reporting accuracy, and identify efficiencies. Key Responsibilities:

Full financial controllership for the UK entityPreparation of financial statements and management reports, including revenue recognitionBalance sheet reconciliations and oversight of core accounting processesBusiness partnering to provide insightful analysis around costs, margins, and profitabilityIdentifying and implementing process improvements and financial efficienciesManaging a small finance team, reporting into both the European Financial Controller and the UK Managing DirectorWhat We''re Looking For:
