Company Secretary Analyst Location: London, St Paul''s (hybrid - 4 days in the office, 1 day working from home) Contract: Permanent Salary: £55,000 - £60,000 per annum + discretionary bonus We are partnering with a listed, multinational asset manager seeking a Company Secretary Analyst to join their lean in-house Group Legal / Secretariat team in London. You will provide hands-on support across a wide range of CoSec and governance activities for the Group (including approximately 60 entities), with a strong focus on listed company requirements, subsidiary governance and day-to-day secretarial administration. The role offers broad exposure to senior stakeholders, regulatory processes and governance projects, with scope to grow as the team develops. About the Role As Company Secretary Analyst you will support market announcements, statutory filings, Board and Committee processes, share buyback administration, PDMR notifications and wider governance projects. You will work closely with colleagues across the Secretariat function, Group Legal and the wider business, as well as external advisers.
