We are looking to recruit Support Workers to join our newly established team in South Shields. Our service consists of 7 supported living flats for individuals with a learning disability. These flats are set within the grounds of another extra care unit, which is separate from our supported accommodation. All our services are individualised, person centred and deliver valued outcomes for people, as we passionately believe that the people we support have the right to lives that are meaningful that also enables them to reach their full potential as individuals. Support will be provided 24/7 so shift work and sleep -ins will be involved on a rotational basis. Previous experience in a care setting is required for this role, and we value a warm and person-centred approach above all.
