Both part time and full time applicants will be considered.What will you be doing?Accurately preparing sales invoices.Checking remittance advices, posting sales receipts and general sales ledger maintenance.Accurately process purchase invoices, reconcile supplier accounts and implementing weekly BACS payment runs for authorisation.Bank reconciliations.Assisting with month end duties.Helping to implement new processes and procedures.Additional ad hoc duties to support the wider finance teamWhat skills are we looking for?Experience as a Accounts Assistant or in a similar transactional role (including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable positions).Being able to work to tight deadlines and in a fast paced environment.Accurate and timely data entry skills.Strong ..... full job details .....
