Site Manager - Shrewsbury - 3 Weeks Approach Personnel are proud to be partnered with a nationwide, construction main contractor, who are looking for an experienced Site manager with a background in groundworks, foundations and steel frame projects, for the next 3 weeks in Shrewsbury. The ideal candidate, will have experience working on medium-large construction projects with a strong understanding of groundworks, foundations and steel frame projects. Key Requirements: Valid SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid tickets. Desirable to have: In-date DBS Certificate. Proven experience managing similar new build construction/groundworks projects. Strong health and safety and site procedure knowledge is essential. Key Duties: Overseeing day-to-day site operations. Managing subcontractors and ensuring works are delivered to programme. Maintaining high standards of HandS compliance. Reporting into the senior operations team on project updates. Working closely with the commercial team to ensure the project is on budget. Coordinating works across site and conducting constant quality checks. This is a great opportunity for a Site Manager with relevant experience looking for a short-term contract.
