We are looking for a Transport Support Service Manager who will explore innovative and ambitious solutions to transport challenges and open up the world for children and young people with SEND and vulnerable adults in the borough. You will be part of the SEND team in Bracknell Forest, working closely together to support children, young people and their families, as well as working alongside Adult Social Care to support vulnerable adults. You will have the support of your colleagues but also the opportunity to work independently. To lead the council s Education Transport and Fleet Management Services to ensure compliant, safe, efficient and effective delivery of services to both internal and external customers. To lead the decarbonisation of the council s fleet and purchased transport solutions for other clients who receive the service.
