We are currently seeking a dedicated and ambitious Senior Sushi Chef to join our culinary team at our restaurant. As a Senior Sushi Chef, you will play a crucial role in supporting the overall operations of the kitchen, contributing to the highest quality of food preparation, and assisting in maintaining the excellence of our dining experience. If you have a passion for Asian cuisine, strong culinary skills, and a desire to grow in a leadership role, we invite you to be an integral part of our fabulous restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:- Support the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, ensuring high standards of food quality.- Collaborate with the kitchen team, providing assistance and contributing to a collaborative work environment.- Assist in the preparation of creative and authentic dishes, ensuring presentation and taste meet restaurant standards.- Work with the senior kitchen staff in monitoring inventory levels, ordering supplies, and managing ingredient freshness.- Contribute to menu development and assist in creating new dishes and seasonal specials.- Adhere to health and safety regulations in the kitchen.- Foster a positive and efficient working environment.

Requirements:

-Maki, Sashimi, Nigiri and fish filleting skills required.- Previous experience as a Sushi Chef.- Knowledge of Asian cuisine, with a willingness to learn and grow in sushi preparation techniques.- Culinary skills with attention to detail in food presentation.- Ability to work collaboratively with kitchen staff and assist in their training and development.- Familiarity with inventory management and ordering processes.
