What they now need is senior closing experience - to convert their most important opportunities reliably and to lift the capability of the team around them.As the Secure Modern Workplace Growth Lead, you will personally lead and win our key strategic new-business deals, carry a personal new-MRR target, and coach the wider SMW team.You will help sharpen their proposition and refine their sales process as they scale.
