As a Multi Trader it would be ideal if you can carry out-multi trade works such as, Tiling, patch plastering, Carpentry and plumbing. You must have your own tools and-have previous social housing/domestic experience. Kitchens and bathrooms.

Daily responsibilities of Multi Trader are:

• Be able to carry out general repairs, kitchen fitting & bathroom fitting on both void and occupied properties
• Joinery or plumbing bias so must have relevant qualifications as well as your core guidetrade you must be competant at completing other basic
• Identify faults with existing elements and repair as required
• Undertake works to a high standard on a first time fix basis where possible
• Providing a high level of customer service
• Work independently as well as part of a team-
• Submission of daily and weekly reports accurately and on time

Requirments of Multi Trader:

*-Must have full UK driving license

* Must have 10 years minimum-experience especially in plumbing, carpentry or both-
