Site Supervisor - Industrial Steel-Frame Fit-OutLocation: South Woodford, London Duration: 5 weeks initially Working hours: 7:30am-5:30pm Rate: Negotiable day rate Start date: ASAPWe are currently looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee an industrial steel-frame fit-out project in South Woodford.This is a hands-on, site-based position requiring a proactive supervisor who will maintain a strong presence on the ground, coordinate daily activities and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently and to the required standard.ResponsibilitiesSupervising and coordinating daily site activitiesMaintaining an active presence across the siteManaging trades, labour and subcontractorsMonitoring progress, quality and productivityConducting site inductions and toolbox talksEnsuring health and safety procedures are followedLiaising with the project management teamCompleting relevant site paperwork and reportingResolving day-to-day issues to keep the project progressingRequirementsValid 3-Day First Aid at Work certificateRelevant site supervisor qualification, such as SSSTS or SMSTSPrevious industrial fit-out or steel-frame project experienceStrong knowledge of site health and safetyConfident managing trades and labour on the groundFull PPERelevant referencesThe initial duration is approximately five weeks, with opportunities to move onto further projects for someone who performs well.To apply, please submit your CV or call Ryan on (phone number ..... full job details .....
