Job Description The purpose of this role is to provide in the moment and longitudinal support for students to manage their behaviour through guidance and intervention. This is an essential role in ensuring that learning in classrooms continues disruption free and that students who are struggling are well supported. Through proactive intervention and support students will thrive and become positive members of the school community.
