The Interim HRBP role is a three-month fixed-term contract within the healthcare industry covering Yorkshire and the North West.

Description
- Relevant experience within a generalist HR/People position driving change across an assigned business area
- Proven application of current Employment Law practices
- Demonstrable experience on supporting with complex ER issues
- Demonstrated the ability to lead and advise on cultural change.
- An understanding of requirements of working within a regulated environment
- Experience of delivering training and people related projects
- Competent working knowledge of all system based tools, including Microsoft Office
Profile
A successful Interim HRBP should have:
- Immediately available and can commit to a 3 month FTC
- Proven experience in a similar HRBP or strategic HR role.
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Experience in the healthcare industry is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in analysing HR data and implementing actionable insights.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities.
Job Offer
- Salary up to -50k + car allowance
- 3 month FTC
