This role is ideal for someone who has just finished University and early on in their careerSupporting both the brokering and lending arms of the business, this role plays a pivotal part in the sales process, ensuring all administration, documentation, and systems are managed efficiently to support the Sales Team and maintain smooth progression of deals.Duties of a Sales Support: Support the Sales Team with all administration activities including compiling, creating, and checking finance documents, quotations, and proposalsSubmit finance applications to lenders via online portalsComplete credit checks and review lending rates for client proposalsArrange and manage document signatures, ensuring accuracy before authorisationMaintain and update CRM systems with sales progress and client interactionsRaise invoices and commission documents, ensuring accuracy of all detailsCompile pay-out packs for lenders following document completionAssist with client onboarding, including KYC checksHandle inbound calls and enquiries, directing to relevant team membersMake outbound calls to lenders, banks, and suppliers to progress deals and obtain required informationSupport the internal credit team with searches and ..... full job details .....
