This company are an expert Manufacturer of Heavy Plant equipment supplying into a range of industries. This could vary across Construction, Agriculture and Industrial settings.

This is highly-varied Monday to Friday role based out of the companies HQ. You will be responsible to managing a team of Sales and Operations professionals. You will also play a key role in ensure a smooth running depot whilst also ensure Commercial accuracy.

This role would suit a Manager looking for a long-term career within a successful business offering continued training, progression and autonomy.

The role:

• Operational, Commercial and Sales Management.
• Overseeing a team of experts within the Heavy Plant sector.
• Monday - Friday (office based role).

The candidate:

• Management experience (Sales, Account Management, Engineering).
• Heavy Plant / Mechanical background.
• Ideally located near Bedfordshire.
