Title: Finance and Administration Officer Location: London - 100% Office Based Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 + benefits Our client, a multinational £10m turnover fashion group based in London, is looking for an Xero competent Finance and Administration Officer to join their team. This is a broad, hands-on role combining office administration, customer and order coordination, and day-to-day accounts support. Working closely with the manufacturing, operations and management teams, the successful candidate will play a key role in keeping the office running smoothly while ensuring accurate and timely financial administration. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day office administration and act as a first point of contact for customers, suppliers and visitors Manage incoming telephone and email enquiries and support internal communications Prepare and process customer orders, quotations and related documentation Coordinate deliveries, transport bookings and order amendments across the business Maintain accurate customer, product and order records Raise sales invoices and credit notes and send customer statements Allocate customer receipts and follow up outstanding or overdue accounts Process supplier invoices and supporting documentation Reconcile supplier accounts and resolve invoice or payment discrepancies Complete daily bank and transaction reconciliations Maintain accurate cash and financial records Assist with monthly payroll administration and annual leave records Support ..... full job details .....
