Interim Head of ER and Transformation

Goodman Masson are delighted to be partnering with an amazing organisation that does so much incredible work in supporting victims of domestic abuse. They are a forward-thinking organisation going through a period of significant transformation and they are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR professional to lead the organisation through this journey on an initial 6-month minimum contract. The Role: As the Interim Head of ER and Transformation, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the organisation''s future. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive, you will oversee individual consultation processes, manage employee relations, and drive organisational change initiatives. Using your expertise, you will work closely with trade unions, ensuring constructive and effective negotiations that align with their strategic goals. Key Responsibilities: Manage complex employee relations cases, ensuring compliance with employment law.Advise managers on grievance, disciplinary, and performance matters.Lead restructuring projects, ensuring smooth transitions and employee engagement.Manage and oversee redundancy processesAct as the primary contact for trade unions, handling negotiations and disputes.Provide leadership to the HR team, mentoring and fostering a high-performance culture.Oversee HR functions, ensuring policies remain up-to-date and legally compliant.
