SC Cleared Technical Support Engineer - 6 Month Contract - ASAP We''re looking for an experienced SC Cleared Technical Support Engineer to provide hands-on technical support for desktops, laptops, and related hardware/software. The ideal candidate will be confident in troubleshooting, device imaging, and providing both onsite and remote support within a corporate IT environment. Key Details: Location: Feltham/Bristol/Gloucester/Cardiff (5 days per week on-site)Rate: £200 - £300 PDIR35 Status: Inside IR35Contract Length: 6 monthsClearance: Active SC Clearance Start Date: ASAP Key Responsibilities: Provide support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices Image, configure, and deploy end-user devices Troubleshoot hardware, Windows OS, and common enterprise applications Handle tickets via ServiceNow/Remedy and ensure SLA compliance Support basic network connectivity and VOIP issues Coordinate with vendors for repairs and escalations Maintain documentation and standard procedures Experience: Strong knowledge of PC hardware, Windows 10/11, and MS Office Familiar with O365, Active Directory, and basic networking Experience with imaging tools and device refresh projects Clear, professional communication and good stakeholder management We also offer a fee for any successful referrals!
