As part of an ambitious period of growth and transformation, they are looking to appoint an experienced HR Business Partner to support a strategically important division, partnering with senior leaders to deliver an ambitious people agenda. This is a highly visible strategic partnering role, working closely with the Divisional Director and senior leadership team to drive workforce planning, organisational design, leadership capability and organisational change. You will act as a trusted advisor, balancing strategic thinking with operational delivery to ensure leaders are equipped to build high-performing, inclusive teams that can deliver lasting impact. The salary for the HR Business Partner role is £52,000 per annum and the organisation offers hybrid working, going into the office 1-2 days per week.
