Head of Online Trading - Retail, Manchester. A well known market leader in the retail industry based in Manchester is seeking a Head of Ecommerce to join their team. Salary: £80,000 plus bonus.Responsibilities

Define and own the ecommerce strategy and be responsible for growing and driving the business online across the UK and Ireland sites and internationally.Develop the online trading strategy and manage senior relationships with ecommerce partners across all areas of ecommerce.Lead and manage the ecommerce team and ensure alignment with business goals.Collaborate with online and offline channels to optimise the customer experience and commercial performance.Qualifications

Experience in a high growth business or a large retail company with a strong commercial orientation.Strong online trading experience with a background across ecommerce, trading and merchandising.Knowledge of optimisation techniques and how online and offline channels can work together.
