Grounds Maintenance Team Leader - Birmingham

Pay Rate: -14.76 per hour

Hours: 6am - 3.30pm Monday to Friday

Join one of the UK''s leading horticulture and grounds maintenance specialists as a Garden Maintenance Team Leader in the B6 area.

Job Overview:

As a Team Leader, you will oversee a small team and take responsibility for:

• Grass and lawn cutting
• Edging and strimming
• Hedge trimming
• Litter picking
• Weed control
• General gardening and grounds maintenance tasks
• Operating mowers and powered tools

Requirements:

• Experience in grounds or garden maintenance
• A valid driver''s license
• PA1/PA6 is required
• Ability to lead a small team effectively

This is a permanent position after a successful 13-week probation
