Role Purpose of Mobile Estate Cleaner: The Mobile Services Operative is responsible for delivering high-quality caretaking and cleaning services across the borough as part of the Mobile Services Team. The role involves both intensive and general cleaning of communal internal and external estate areas. The hired candidate will also be required to collect, transport and dispose of goods, refuse and other items from a variety of locations. Main Responsibilities Mobile Estate Cleaner: Carry out Caretaking and cleaning duties in line with a weekly schedule and instructions from the Estate Services team leader. Undertake intensive and general cleaning of communal areas. Including walls, doors, stairs, landings, corridors and walkways, ensuring a consistently high standard. Remove or make safe graffiti on internal and external surfaces, prioritising racist, sexist and hate graffiti, and report graffiti that cannot be removed Immediately remove hazardous waste from internal and external areas, using safety barriers where required.
