Endpoint Support Engineer - NHSLocation: Norwich - Hybrid Working, covering Norfolk and SuffolkContract: Initially 3-6 monthsDay Rate: £180 per dayIR35: Inside IR35Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday-FridayStart: ASAPWe are recruiting for an experienced Endpoint Support Engineer to join the Digital Services function of a large NHS community healthcare organisation.The role will provide second-line technical support to clinical and corporate users, resolving incidents remotely and in person while supporting the deployment, maintenance and improvement of endpoint hardware and software.Key Responsibilities Provide second-line technical support across desktop hardware, software and peripherals. Troubleshoot and resolve incidents relating to desktops, laptops, applications and associated equipment. Build, install, configure, upgrade and maintain IT equipment and software. Manage incidents and service requests within the IT service management system. Support Active Directory, Windows devices, Microsoft 365, Citrix and endpoint security tooling. Carry out site visits across Norfolk and Suffolk for hardware rollouts, moves, changes and technical support. Maintain accurate endpoint asset and support documentation.Essential Experience Strong experience providing second-line desktop or endpoint support. Working knowledge of Active Directory, Windows 11 and Microsoft 365. Experience troubleshooting desktop and laptop hardware, software and peripherals.
