The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and high-quality teaching across Health and Social Care programmes, supporting learners to achieve their academic and career goals. Key Responsibilities Deliver Health and Social Care qualifications at Levels 1-5 (depending on experience and college requirements). Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons that meet awarding body standards. Assess and track learner progress, providing constructive feedback and support. Complete all associated administrative duties, including registers, tracking records, and marking. Contribute to course development and quality improvement activities. Support learners with academic, pastoral, and progression needs. Participate in departmental meetings, staff development activities, and standardisation sessions. Ensure compliance with safeguarding, equality and diversity, and health and safety requirements. Essential Requirements Relevant qualification in Health and Social Care (Level 5 or above preferred).
