My client, a vibrant, forward-thinking creative company based in the heart of Central London, is looking for a temporary, exceptional Personal Assistant to join their team.

About the Role:

As a PA, you''ll be the right hand to senior leadership, ensuring their day runs like clockwork. From diary management and travel bookings to meeting prep and inbox wrangling, you''ll be the go-to person!

What You''ll Be Doing:

• Managing busy calendars and scheduling meetings
• Organising travel and accommodation
• Preparing documents, presentations and briefing packs
• Coordinating internal and external communications
• Supporting events, shoots, and creative projects as needed
• Acting as a gatekeeper and trusted confidant

Experienced Required:

• Previous experience as a PA or EA (ideally in a creative or fast-paced industry)
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Calm under pressure with a proactive, can-do attitude
• Tech-savvy - confident with G Suite, Microsoft Office, and collaboration tools
• Discretion, reliability, and a good sense of humour
