We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic person who enjoys helping others and seeing the difference their support can make to enable individuals to lead independent and fulfilling lives.4 Trinity Court is a registered residential care home supporting 6 individuals with learning disabilities, providing 24/7 care across a wide range of support needs in all aspects of the individuals lives.
