We are currently seeking a Building Services Engineer to join a mobile team covering multiple sites across London. This is a fantastic opportunity for an electrically qualified engineer looking to work across a varied portfolio, gaining exposure to a wide range of building services systems while joining a company that offers stability, training, and career progression. Foot mobile Engineer Key Responsibilities: Electrical Maintenance: Fault finding, emergency lighting, fire alarms, and general electrical systems HVAC and Plant: AHUs, FCUs (filter changes and cleaning), and air conditioning systems Mechanical and Plumbing: Basic plumbing, leak detection, and general mechanical tasks BMS Monitoring: Monitor building systems (hot/cold trends) and report faults Reactive Maintenance: Carry out planned and reactive maintenance across multiple sites Logbooks and Compliance: Ensure all records and logbooks are accurately maintained Subcontractor Management: Escort and oversee specialist contractors onsite Team Support: Provide technical support and assist other engineers when required Working Hours Monday to Friday 08:00 - 17:00 Package and Benefits Salary: 45,000 + Travel 25 days annual leave + Bank Holidays ..... full job details .....
