A General Site Operative is required to support clean water repair works on an active site environment. This is a hands on role suited to someone physically fit, reliable and comfortable working outdoors while following strict health and safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities

andbull; Placing No Parking cones to enable clean water repair works to be carried out safely
andbull; Collecting and removing signs, barriers and cones promptly once works are completed
andbull; Assisting with backfilling and general site duties as required
andbull; Supporting the site team to ensure works are completed efficiently
andbull; Maintaining a safe and tidy working area at all times

Requirements

andbull; Manual Handling training, essential
andbull; Physically fit and comfortable with manual work
andbull; Previous site or civils experience preferred
andbull; Streetworks qualification desirable, training can be facilitated
andbull; Reliable, punctual and safety focused

Working Hours and Overtime

andbull; Standard working hours, 13:00 to 21:00
andbull; Monday to Friday working pattern
andbull; Overtime available when required

Overtime Rates
andbull; After 21:00, paid at 1.5x
andbull; Saturday, paid at 1.5x
andbull; Sunday, paid at 2x
