Although they don''t operate in the retail sector, many successful candidates have a retail background. With the decreasing need for face-to-face high street stores and a shift towards online shopping, our client finds more and more of their team started in retail. They''ve discovered that candidates with previous retail experience possess the face-to-face communication and customer service skills essential for business growth. However, retail experience is not essential for success in this role, as they provide one-on-one coaching to develop these key communication and customer service skills.

This role is not suitable for candidates still in education (school/College/University), due to availability, our client is seeking candidates that can work 5 full days per week.
