This role involves overseeing the full project lifecycle across multiple live hospital sites, managing a multidisciplinary team, and ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standards. You will be responsible for capital works, lifecycle, and variation projects, ensuring compliance with Healthcare Technical Memoranda (HTM) and RIBA design stages while driving operational excellence and exceeding stakeholder expectations.Key Responsibilities: Leadership and Team Management: Lead and manage a diverse team, including Senior Project Managers, Quantity Surveyors, CAD Managers, PMO team, and external Architectural, Structural, and MandE consultants. Foster a culture of collaboration, development, and continuous improvement.
