Supply Desk is a nationwide education recruitment company specialising in Primary, SEND, and Secondary education. We place our teaching staff in day-to-day, short-term, and long-term placements across a variety of schools in Brighton andamp; Hove, East Sussex, and West Sussex.

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and adaptable Supply Teachers to join our team in Heathfield. This flexible role offers the opportunity to work across a range of schools, gaining valuable experience and making a real difference in the lives of students.

Key Responsibilities:
andbull; andzwj; Deliver engaging lessons in line with school policies and curriculum plans.
andbull; Manage classroom behaviour effectively to maintain a productive learning environment.
andbull; Provide support to students, adapting lessons to suit different learning styles and needs.
andbull; Collaborate with school staff to ensure smooth lesson transitions and address any challenges.
andbull; £ Adapt teaching methods to accommodate any special educational needs (SEN) or individual learning plans.
andbull; Adapt to different school environments and work collaboratively with staff.

Requirements:
andbull; ££ Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
andbull; Excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt quickly to different school settings.
andbull; £ Current DBS registered on the Update Service or willingness to apply.
