Alecto are currently working with a well-established independent performance vehicle workshop near Sevenoaks, who are looking to add an experienced Technician to their team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Vehicle Technician who wants to move away from routine work and into a role focused on high-end, specialist vehicles (including classic models).

The Role

• Carrying out servicing, maintenance, and repairs on performance vehicles
• Diagnosing complex mechanical and electrical faults
• Working on a mix of modern and classic vehicles (some 30+ years old)
• Maintaining high standards of efficiency, productivity, and workmanship

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years'' experience as a Vehicle Technician
• Strong diagnostic skills (electrical experience highly desirable)
• Experience in a professional workshop environment
• Ability to work independently and use initiative
• Good communication skills (fluent English required)
• Experience with Porsche vehicles is a strong advantage
• Experience with performance or prestige vehicles highly desirable (training/adaptation possible)

Salary & Benefits

• -40,000 - -50,000 basic salary (depending on experience)

Working Hours

• Monday to Thursday: 7:30am - 5:30pm
• Friday: 7:30am - 2:45pm
• No weekend work
