Site Manager - 132kV Substation (NGED Framework) Location: Coventry (East and West Midlands sites) Rate: 400 per day Contract: OngoingWe are currently recruiting for 3 experienced Site Managers to work across multiple sites in the Coventry area on the NGED framework. This role involves overseeing operations on 132kV substation projects, ensuring delivery to the highest safety and quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop Health and Safety Plans, Method Statements, and Risk Assessments in line with current SHEQ legislationLiaise with clients and deliver regular progress meetingsSupport audits and ensure full compliance across all site activitiesSupervise and motivate site staff and subcontractors to work safely and responsiblyEnsure all tasks are completed within agreed timeframes and quality standardsManage day-to-day site operations with a strong focus on health and safety, efficiency, and teamworkEssential RequirementsNGED OPS 2B authorisationProven experience managing substation or similar infrastructure projectsStrong understanding of SHEQ processes and site complianceFull UK driving licence (role involves travel across multiple sites)Important NotesPPE will be providedMultiple Site Managers required for ongoing work across the Coventry areaOnly candidates with relevant experience and authorisations will be consideredWhat''s on Offer 400 per dayOngoing contract with consistent workOpportunity to work on the NGED framework across key infrastructure ..... full job details .....
