The role We''re seeking an experienced Field Service Engineer to troubleshoot, maintain and repair commercial laundry and/or catering equipment across the South East. You''ll complete PPM and reactive callouts, diagnose faults, carry out repairs and compliance checks, and keep clear service records while delivering a market-leading customer experience. As a Field Service Engineer, you''ll work independently, manage your schedule efficiently, and liaise directly with customers to ensure minimal downtime and first-time fix wherever possible.
