Salary: 50.000 plus performance related bonus, company car and other benefits About the Role: The Sales Manager will take responsibility for developing and delivering the sales strategy, with a particular focus on: Winning new customers and developing new markets. Growing existing strategic accounts. Developing major hydraulic and electro-hydraulic engineering opportunities. Increasing recurring service and maintenance revenue. Building strong relationships with customers, OEMs and suppliers. Establishing and managing a robust sales pipeline. Improving sales forecasting and CRM discipline. Protecting gross margin while delivering profitable growth. The successful candidate will be expected to be out in the marketplace, meeting customers, identifying opportunities and personally driving new business.
