A market leading Facilities Management niche specialist services provider is looking to recruit a
National Sales Manager
to join its growing team. This 50-year-old business has grown enormously over the last decade and has smashed their annual targets year on year. They are looking to grow the team further with immediate effect.Salary range is dependent on experience but will be circa £45k–£55k + car package + an uncapped OTE that is seeing the team earn on average an additional £20,000 / £40,000 a year on top.They operate across both Hard and Soft FM and offer a bundled solution into business across all vertical markets. They work extensively across the UK with FM providers and end users and have tangible USP''s that set them apart from the competition, along with an industry-leading rewards package for their commercial team.What you will do
Your remit will be to build relationships with decision makers such as Facilities Managers, Estates Managers, Health and Safety Managers, Procurement Managers, Compliance Managers, or Finance or Managing Directors—depending on the business. You will be a natural hunter of new business and will excel at winning work and influencing people. You will be a strong negotiator, rapport builder, and will be extremely target driven. You will enjoy working in a business that strives for excellence at all times, and will enjoy being part of a successful team that is motoring ahead of schedule.What you will sell
You will be providing services such as commercial cleaning, fire safety systems, building access solutions, building maintenance and more. Your client list will include: Mitie, CBRE, HSBC, Tesco, Pizza Hut, NHS, Engie, Sainsbury''s, Sodexo, BandQ, Rolls-Royce, Marks and Spencer and many more household names.Requirements
Home based with a national patch.Experience selling into the decision makers listed above; you do not need specific FM sector experience but some overall experience selling into those roles is essential.A proven track record in new business development, with the ability to win and manage accounts you win.Demonstrated ability to add value to a business.Qualifications
