Working closely with the Payroll Manager, you''ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth delivery of payroll for approximately 1,200 employees. The Role As Payroll Administrator, you will: Assist the Payroll Manager with the preparation and processing of monthly payrolls Support payroll delivery for approximately 1,200 employees Process new starters, leavers and payroll changes Liaise with HR and internal stakeholders to ensure payroll information is accurate Review tax codes, deductions and payroll inputs Calculate holiday pay, sick pay, maternity pay and other statutory payments Respond to employee payroll queries Issue P45s and other payroll documentation Maintain payroll records and support compliance with payroll legislation Work with payroll systems and payroll data to ensure accurate and timely processing Support manual payroll calculations and checks where required Payroll Ad ..... full job details .....
