The role requires sound legal judgement, a strong understanding of procedural rules and a commitment to achieving timely and cost-effective outcomes for clients and stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:Manage a caseload of non-litigated personal injury claims valued up to £100,000 efficiently and profitablyMeet performance targets relating to settlements and fee recoveryDeliver outstanding client care and achieve excellent client satisfaction ratingsHandle Fixed Fee and Portal RTA claims, including untraced and uninsured MIB matters, maximising damages by pursuing all appropriate heads of lossObtain and review medical and non-medical evidence in line with track requirements and recoverabilityUse the PI Calculator and other tools to support case progressionAdvise clients on risk areas, including fundamental dishonesty and ensure evidence is properly cross-referenced for accuracyLiaise with clients, insurers, litigation ..... full job details .....
