The RoleAs Registered Manager, you will:Hold registration with Ofsted and take overall responsibility for the home''s care, compliance, and quality standards.Lead, develop, and supervise the staff team, building a stable and child-centred culture.Ensure care planning, risk management, and safeguarding practice meet the Children''s Homes Regulations and Quality Standards.Manage admissions, matching, and transitions so that placements are right for the children.Work closely with placing authorities, schools, health partners, and families.Drive continuous improvement in preparation for Ofsted inspection.
