• Experience working with children or adults with physical disabilities (care backgrounds welcomed)
• Strong sense of empathy, resilience, and a commitment to inclusive education
• A genuine desire to help every child thrive
• A current enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
• Willingness to learn and adapt to different needs and learning styles
